Gamified learning systems
Avatars, progression, parties, and quest structure built as the pedagogy itself. Character customization and animation run on Rive, so a learner can see their own progression.
AI-integrated content pipelines
Assessment and narrative generation that stays inside a curriculum map: standards-aligned quiz and reading generation, adaptive difficulty, and grading of open responses. A teacher reviews and revises everything the model drafts.
Learning architecture
Campaign and path structure, gated progression, content nodes, multiple assessment types, and analytics an instructor can act on.
Cross-platform engineering
Flutter and web front ends, Serverpod back ends, and one design system shared by both. RPGLMS ships on this stack: the same design language behind the apps, the marketing site, and the docs.

AI-assisted authoring lets one instructor produce a term of narrative curriculum; the game layer is the pedagogy, not a reward shell around it.
It ships on Flutter and Serverpod, with a shared design system that keeps the app, the marketing site, and this one visually identical — the same seven-shade palette and component library render all three.

Dr. Dillon Augustus Simmons
Founder
Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, emphasis in Online Learning — Kansas State University
Dillon researches gamified intervention design, K-12 online learning, and STEM learning experiences, including a randomized controlled trial of a gamified prevention program. He built RPGLMS on that work: the cohort structure, the investigation-and-report assessment loop, and the AI-assisted authoring that lets one teacher produce a term of curriculum. He writes the Flutter app, the Serverpod backend, and both websites.
Megan Werner
Support & Outreach Coordinator
Dual B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, minor in Spanish
Megan leads outreach to learning communities evaluating RPGLMS, manages and audits the in-app support queue, and organizes the action research programs run in active classrooms. Schools evaluating RPGLMS talk to her first, and she stays their contact through the pilot. She came to RPGLMS from managing laboratories and research clinics with an emphasis on in-patient care.
Jimmy Simmons
AI, Art & Gamification Consultant
Founder, No Fun Studio — New York City
Jimmy advises on AI integration, art and animation direction, and gamification workflows. He is an interaction designer and creative director who shipped apps to millions of users for HP and Adidas, then founded No Fun Studio in New York, which builds cross-platform games and combined physical-digital experiences.
